Weekly Recap: A Quiet Place, Horizon, Despicable Me 4, Daddio & More!
The loud sounds of the multiplex bring June to a close.
June is about to end, and while one new movie suggests silence, both major releases intend to bring the noise to the right audience. A Quiet Place: Day One has arrived and features plenty of thrills. Kevin Costner’s ambitious Western, Horizon: An American Saga, is also here and intends to open up a new cinematic frontier. I have reviews for both films, thoughts on upcoming releases Despicable Me 4 and MaXXXine, and write-ups for new movies Daddio, Janet Planet, and more. Plus, enjoy our latest podcast episodes covering The Bikeriders and the latest episode of The Summer of 2004 at 20. So, feel free to check out all these reviews, podcasts, lists, trailers, and other fun. Enjoy, stay safe out there, and thanks for reading!
